strip and crimp at the same time.

the multicore cutting and crimping machine only.

Low core cables can be cut and strip using the komax machine.
Widely used to cutting and stripping the wire only.

Some of the multi core cables won’t get strip while in cutting section on
that time we need to manually strip the core cable for 1 or 2 cables we can manually stripped.

Heat Shrink Tubes are Shrinked using Blower, their was an section for blower to shrink the HST in the harness.
HST sleeves are cut as per the desired length for the wiring harness.

PVC molded grommet and couplers are manufactured by dip molding machine,
were the molten state PVC Material are converted to the required shaped according to our Die, by heat treatment process.

Power Press machines work on high Load to cut the brass component
for the typical terminal shaping as per our required spec.

All PVC Components which are required for the wiring harness are
manufactured by Extruder Machine only.PVC Components like PVC Strap, PVC Sleeve etc.,
